Cancellation Policy

At Admin Accountant Services we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be billed in full for the scheduled service. Rescheduling Policy Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Rescheduling requests made within less than 72 hours may incur a rescheduling fee. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
